I bought this mini ball head to better adjust the viewing angle of my iPhone or iPad when zooming them in for Zoom calls with clients and family during COVID19. The ball head attaches to a mini/small table stand and then I attach an adjustable latch/grip to hold an iPad/iPhone. For these purposes it works great. You can easily turn the corner exactly where you want. My main and only issue is that the tightening knob is difficult to fully tighten. I wish it was a different shape with raised parts that I could use as leverage, or maybe a square/diamond shape for a similar effect. The surface of the handle is textured and that helps, but as many of you can imagine my hands often get wet from hand washing or hand moisturizer/lotion during COVID19. and that's the worst when you have to tighten that ball head. I want to clarify that this is a small problem that can be solved with a towel or dry hands. But it's frustrating enough that I've been looking for another mini ball head that's all metal and has a pull handle that would suit me better.
