NOT comfortable best in personal hygiene

The pillow looks exactly like the photos and seems to have decent absorbency. However, I found this very impractical. I tried changing positions many times but I could never get it right. Seems like there should be a rounder part to support the neck. It can also help if the filler is softer and not as hard.
