Review on πŸͺ§ Utopia Home Plastic Hangers - 30 Pack of Slim & Sleek White Hangers with Hooks - Lightweight & Space Saving Hangers, Durable and Long-Lasting by Eric Jefferson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Not too thick, not too thin. Not too wide, not too thin. Just right for most of my closets.

I like the sturdy tubular hangers for heavy items, the giant hangers for large sizes and bulky coats, and vinyl-coated wire is the most space-efficient for casual shirts in fairly durable, medium-weight fabrics or men's dresses and sport shirts in standard sizes. These thin lightweight plastic tubular "Goldilocks" hangers are just what I wanted for lighter weight sheer or sheer blouses or dresses, they can work for most medium weight items just as well as coated wire and can even be used for a little weight to be durable enough. weighted jackets. A wire hanger that is too thin can wrinkle or tear the fabric or rip seams on delicate garments, while a tubular plastic that is too thick will be thicker than the garment itself, more durable than needed for such lightweight items, and take up more rod space than necessary. The newer "velvet" versions are thinner, but most have nicks that can snag or tear through sheer clothing. I'm also skeptical about how they'll look and feel once the particle-sprayed "velvet" wears off sooner or later. All over the clothes? Leaving adhesive residue on hangers? Or the brittle metals used in the hooks break or chip. Chrome? Rust? a few shiny stains on clothes and in the closet?. the time will show. They are now suitable for most clothing items and I particularly like that with plastic injection molding there are no rough edges or sharp points for something to snag or snag.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Mostly good, but...
