I would like AT LEAST some kind of partial refund, mainly because I am just so sick of things not fitting properly and things that come from China just take away the quality and usability i Love the seat and everything, I just hate Amazon's return policy as I have to drive over 50 miles to the nearest property so it's not worth returning. I've tried everything to put the screw in and I don't want to take it off, so I think I'm stuck on the semi-flexible chair. ๐๐ก*Edit IMPORTANT: They sent me a new chair and it's much better, doesn't squeak, feels good and everything is beautiful! I'm glad the company is maintaining their quality and customer service.
