Keeps baby's breasts dry and the teether is soft and has no smell.

I like bibs. They keep the baby's chest dry from excessive salivation. Although my baby didn't grab the teether when it was attached to the bib, I like the idea. Is it soft and doesn't smell like other straps like the one I've filled with gel?
