The ability to have multiple databases within our organization is beneficial for us as we are able to keep different types of information separate at times where it may be necessary or desired by clients/customers etc., We can also share certain pieces with other organizations that do not need access to everything but still require some level of confidentiality when sharing client info (such as credit card numbers). Some things I like best about dbhawk include having so many options available such as being able to view specific fields from an individual record which helps track down any errors made during processing transactions; this would help prevent incorrect charges due to human error. Currently there isn't anything really wrong per se however since they were acquired recently their customer service has been lacking compared to what was previously provided prior to acquisition.
