Bought this to put on our guest bed that tucked underneath to add color to the bed so it blends in with the other parts in the room. It looks very nice there. If you're looking for something to snuggle under with a good book on a chilly day, this blanket may not be for you. It's thin, slightly stiff and scratchy, and has a rustic feel. Looks very nice, but is not gentle on the skin. I was happy with mine but noticed my dachshunds were lying on the bed and I think their little claws made some loops sticking out of the bed covers so I might have to find something else or banish the dachshunds from the house. bed, easier said than done!
