It is very easy for users in using this software without any support from IT department as it has good documentation which helps me through my learning curve easily! The overall experience was really great till now but some minor issues are there like slow internet speed while downloading or uploading information (sometimes). I would highly recommend anyone who wants best ERP solution with reasonable cost can go ahead by choosing spineHR suite instead of other competitors products available outthere!! We at PUSHINDO have used both Oracle EBS/EPM product & Microsoft Dynamics CRM Product so far - And we found no major issue yet wtih either one though performance wise both were not up-to expectations compared to our needs. Benefits include data synchronization across multiple channels within organization alongwith real time reporting capabilities via mobile app!
