I'm 38DD/40D, about 180, 5'1. I ordered my size 38DD as I read they are a bit big. It definitely fits. I understand why some people say they will downsize because I feel like if I lose even 5lbs that might not hold me back but for now it's holding up great! For those who normally have to wear two bras to work out, this is such a relief! It may hurt a little at first, but nothing out of control. Will definitely order again! I've already done HIIT in it and it's holding up! I would say I wish the straps were more adjustable as they only allow for about an inch of tightening.
