This is a great crinoline if you're not looking for something very full. It's organza, not tulle, so it's really soft and doesn't itch, but you sacrifice a little fullness. It was perfect for my Halloween costume and I'll probably get a lot of use out of it. I found the bottom part too tight and constricting, so I just cut it out completely. I always wear shorts under clothes anyway so they don't touch my skin. It's so soft, although I wouldn't mind if it touches my skin. If the petticoat was made of elastic material, it would be perfect. Also, I really like it and it looks so cute under dresses and skirts! I wear size 18-20 and have ordered 2x/3x and it fits me perfectly.
