unbalanced volume - bad repair

I thought I'd buy a refurbished one and save some money but the two headphones had different volume levels so it was very annoying when I was trying to hear something and wanted mess up my hearing when i took them off. Also, the headphones are not OEM headphones (I have another pair so I know) and this results in degraded sound quality.
