The ability for it integrates with other products that we use such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Hubspot CRM (integration was one of our key requirements). Some features are more difficult than others but they do have good support team around them so this is not too much work when you need some help or guidance along any path in using their product - which can be quite complex!
