So first I'll list the positives: I found these LED strips to be very easy to install and get up and running. I have a textured wall and even then they have had no problems sticking and so far have not peeled or fallen off. The remote works fine as long as the receiver isn't locked and I don't have blown bulbs or anything. My issue with these lights is that the color options on the remote don't match what you get. I got them on purpose because I wanted the pink and purple tones. Furnishings that should be pure pink are actually a vaguely purple shade of blue, and all shades of purple are just blue. So actually I have red, orange, green and blue options with these lights and it's just not what I was looking for. Very disappointing and misleading with both the pictures and the color choices on the remote control. Don't buy if you want pink or purple light, there are better options.
