My 4 year old and almost 2 year old loved it. Got it in the mail today and have been playing with it for a few hours now. The balls are big enough, I wasn't worried about the kid eating them, but he listens pretty well after putting them in his mouth once. My oldest will probably still be a bit difficult to assemble on his own, but I hope that with time and practice he can do it more on his own. I also like that the pieces fit with the other magnets we have so he can use the tiles even when he's not building a track. He loves his Magnatils.
