I installed a wall mount myself for my 50 inch LG Smart TV. I managed to get rid of my huge ugly 50 inch tv stand. one piece. He took up ¼ of the sleeping area 💁🏽‍♂️ Now he's standing on the edge of the sidewalk. I chose this mount because it is so flat and mounts flat against the wall. I didn't like that many of the other mounts were sticking out so far from the wall. Make sure you have a nail finder so you know where to drill screws into the wall. Otherwise you will drill through the paper part of the wall and if you put the TV's weight on it, the screws may come loose and your bracket and TV will fall to the floor. Wall mounting your expensive smart TV is something you can only get right the first time. If you make a mistake, you will pay dearly for it.
