The best curling iron in the world!
I love this perm! This is my second - I replaced it when the heating element died in the last one. What I like best is that it heats up very quickly - really hot! You don't have to hold the curl for a long time because of the heat. My hair is straight as a board and usually falls out within an hour. But with this perm, as long as it's not too wet, I get nice curls for 3 hours and still have fullness afterwards.
