Great for managing applicants and tracking your open jobs
The ease of use once you get used to it! It's so much easier than using paper applications or other recruiting tools out there - especially with all our recruiters being remote workers these days.
Our admin team doesn't have access anymore (even though they're still needed) since we moved from an internal tool into SFRecruitment Cloud. Their support has been really good about getting us set up as soon as possible when something goes wrong but I think this will always be necessary unless we move away completely. We are able to keep track of each applicant within our system which makes onboarding new employees very easy.
Pros

- Ability easily create job postings, accept resumes,
- Ease in managing interview schedules
- Very organized platform that is simple yet powerful; great customer service responsive techs who can resolve issues quickly
Cons
- Everything seems too rigid/difficult.
- Can limit ability if someone isn’t familiar w CFM
