I like that they will help with anything you need, from product selection all the way through implementation! They really care about your partnership; in fact it's one of their core values as well as customer service/satisfaction at any level or time during our project life cycle is amazing!! Nothing so far - just great people doing what we hired them to do! We have been able to implement an inventory system (Compass) into our facility which has allowed us to provide better service and efficiency to customers by having access to accurate stock information when needed most. There are two things that I like about Epicor. One is that it's open source platform which helps us in knowing how to use the product better, second thing is that we can find support and help from their team anytime we need. The UI could be improved but everything is good. Try out and you will not regret. We needed an ERP system to handle our business needs and I believe this product fits perfectly with our needs.
