Christmas window candles have evolved for us. We started with wide base electric skittles. After upgrading the thermal window, these candles no longer fit on the window sill and had to be replaced. Then came small, battery-powered candles with a sensor to detect darkness. Works well but not very bright. Decided to try another upgrade and found these SoulBay candles. Certainly cheaper than all its predecessors. Versatility - can be placed in places where there were no candles before with 3 "base" options. Simple remote control to turn on and off. The remote controls all candles or individually depending on distance and/or direction. Also controls the candle pattern: steady on, slow blinking, fast blinking, timer and, most amazingly, dimming. Very powerful for such a tiny candle - 1 battery. I love these candles. After trying the first set, I bought the second. The instructions for setting the timer are a bit misleading. The timer button will not turn on the timed candle. Should turn on with the "on" button, then press the timer button. Once turned on, the candle will flash once when the timer button is pressed and then stay on for 6 hours. The kit also includes an O-ring for outdoor use. Just started using so don't know about durability and battery life yet. 20 candles. Only 10 suction cups are included, but there are enough basic options (clamp, stand, suction cup) to display all 20 candles.
