It was terrible! Has no suction power! At first it seemed great until we turned it on 😂. They called right away because I had bought a water conditioner and was told to take it to UPS and ship it back to await a refund to get a working machine! I am disabled and it is not easy to return the product if it is defective. Why not send a replacement while they wait for the defective product to be returned! You gave up that option!
