The best thing about this service is its ability to find me suitable positions in my field, I have found several opportunities through it which has been great! It's easy for applicants as well with an online application form you don't need paper work or anything like that so everyone benefits from using them (applicants). Their customer support could be improved but they do respond quickly when contacted via phone/email etc. You get what your paying for - good quality leads at competitive prices. They seem reliable enough though if there was any problems we would contact our account manager who sorted everything straight away. We were looking for ways to improve recruitment processes within our business; specifically how much time spent searching each day by HR staff members trying to track down new vacancies versus actually doing something useful e.g. interviewing CVs.
