no USB-C connection on the device. It doesn't come with an adapter so I can't charge!

USB cables and adapters arrived, all for USB_C as listed on the product page. But the input port is not compatible with any of them. It appears to be a mini USB and I can't charge this device without it. So it will be returned for refund or replacement.
