I bought this clock as a gift, I was very upset when my husband opened it for his birthday and it didn't work! I contacted Revain and they immediately sent a replacement and arranged for an after hours pickup. Although giving a gift that needed replacing was awful, Revain supports their sale. The change clock works and my husband loves it. Looks good, the watch is good value and I would recommend it.
