Nice hat but my son never used it because they sent me the wrong size TWICE. My issue is with the size options listed. Based on the way the sizes are listed, you might think that size S is the next size up after 2-3T in the order. Not true. I wanted the next size up so I ordered an S expecting a size 4-6T. Instead they sent me 0-6 months which was listed as an S on the hat packaging but not on the Revain listing. I thought I accidentally got the wrong size so I sent the hat back noting I hadn't ordered 0-6 months and that I wanted a size S still thinking it was 4-6T. I got a replacement hat and she was 0-6 months old again. This time I called customer service and after a long phone call the rep determined that the ad was the wrong size. S is actually 0-6m, M is actually 6-18m, 2-3T is actually L and I think 4-6T is probably XL and so on. I had to order XL because I wanted 4-6T, not S what Revain calls 0-6 months. It's clear?
