I only use arm and hammer and dead sea salts and they work even better than advertised. All my life (64 years) I have had various skin problems, doctors have controlled them with various creams and ointments that I hate because of the greasy feeling. I read about dead sea salts on the internet and decided to try it because it is not expensive if it works at least a little bit. Well I received the package and started filling the tub with hot water (as hot as you can take it as the instructions say) and added some salt and baking soda. I didn't measure the amount but I used about 1/4 of each pack. He stirred quickly and jumped. I stayed in the bath for about 30 minutes, the water seemed really nice and relaxing. After soaking, I emptied the tub and showered with my regular soap. The nature of one of my skin diseases is such that after a shower I exude a horrible smelling oily substance. (I have to shower several times a day to control the smell and if I don't it gets very wet and sore, sorry for the disgusting picture). Anyway, after a bath my psoriasis goes away and the "jungle blight" seems to go away. It's been four days since I've used the salts and the itching, pain and awful smell are gone. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've had these issues my whole life so this is the first time I feel really clean, no itching and no pain.
