This is a fun quality product. The moment I put it on I felt the difference - it was a sense of relief, relief, heaviness from behind. It is soft, soft and elastic enough to prevent pinching. I'm very small (5ft 1in) and have no problem adjusting this size with the velcro straps. It stays in place very well, but will occasionally need to be lowered/adjusted if you move around a lot. It's comfortable to wear over a t-shirt, although I prefer to wear it over the skin to avoid lumps. I think my only complaint is that it's not more discreet. Comes with a helpful info card and a cute pouch that I'll probably use for storage. Overall I am very satisfied and will continue to use it.
