I love that my back room has lots of lightbulbs that work great. The remote can switch a dimmer plus timer if you want them on for a set period of time, which is a big improvement over some previous models. Very economical, and the magnetic strips hold, although you can safely attach them with small nails. I leave mine on night mode most of the time, but it's bright enough that I don't have to turn on every light in the house if I just want to open a closet and quickly see what's inside. Remote controls aren't always necessary, but depending on where you place them, they can be very useful. Especially the timer function. Plus the ability to dim the lights and set the brightness you want, which is really helpful too. I've posted pictures showing some of the different brightness settings as well as activating the motion sensor which probably isn't very visible but is in a dark room and waving a hand in front of it will still turn on the light. I love these lights!
