I like how easy it was for me to set up my notifications as well as how easy it is to change them out if needed. There are some things you have to know about this service but once figured everything out, It's been great! We use it for our employees health insurance and we send weekly emails letting our staff members know of any changes or new benefits available such as discounts. I like the interface and the user-friendly tools that enable managers to be on the go and get the data they need to make decisions. I like the safety and productivity benefits. I dislike the amount of time it takes to get an answer. Make sure to go with a company that is willing to work with you to get the data you need. I need to get the data I need to make decisions. I need to be on the go and get the data I need.
