A few days after receipt it started charging poorly - it was difficult to keep the plug properly connected to the computer. After a few weeks of normal use, the metal connector in the computer port actually broke! This has never happened to me with a charger. And now I've gone through the return window through Revain, so I'm stuck with a broken charger. Buy another brand! EDIT: After posting this comment, the seller contacted me multiple times. (I digress and didn't notice your first two messages). They apologized for the problem with the charger and insisted on sending me a replacement - didn't ask to return the broken one to them. In addition to a replaceable charger, this also included a pair of good in-ear headphones. Ever since I got the new charger, it's been working great. I have changed my rating from one star to five stars due to the excellent customer service. These people have done an amazing job.
