I decided to try to install this myself and was pleasantly surprised at how simple it was. The instructions are very clear and it doesn't take too much time to install. I was worried the motion sensor would either be too sensitive or not sensitive enough but it's the perfect amount. It only shuts on/off if I make the effort to wave my hand in front of the sensor and I only have to wave my hand once. Down side is that the water turns off after 3 minutes so you have to keep waving your hand in front of the sink if you're doing the dishes or using the water for more than 3 minutes but I guess it's saving water in the long-term. Have only had it installed for about a month but so far, no complaints!
