Not the best quality, but overall not bad.

This mouse is lovely. If it's anything like mice made by other companies, I hope the plastic doesn't peel after a while. However, I don't anticipate any issues, as the Logitech mouse and keyboard at work have outlasted both of my immediate predecessors and the previous LX6 wireless mouse from them has faithfully served for 7 years (and even now it can be soldered to the mikriki - it can continue to serve).

These damn G HUB ates have reset my mouse's settings to zero on multiple occasions, forcing me to manually destroy and reconfigure hundreds of sensitivity levels that are completely unneeded to me. Whatever the issue is, they should have made the most of this setback by now. Without a doubt, the mouse is still the most well-liked extinct mammal.

P. A double click showed up two years later. For over a decade, Logitech's rolled-down, previous-generation mice worked flawlessly. Inside, with a soldering iron, is where I'll need to be.

Pros

I've had it for three months and it's been great. Very comfortable mouse; it rests naturally in the palm of the hand and has never broken down on the plastic pad. The optical sensor on the mouse wheel is so durable that it is now standard on computer mice. The inertial scrolling of the mouse wheel is a neat feature, but after a month of gameplay, I've had my fill. I put one weight to the side farthest from my wrist and one weight to the side nearest my wrist to achieve the optimum weight distribution. Therefore, the mouse seems powerful and monolithic, like a Canon 1D compared to the company's newer crop of DSLRs. I no longer find myself wondering "what is the mouse doing" or "why am I selecting units at random" while playing SC2 because everything is so well-oiled. I have tried disabling all the DPI settings in the driver except for the default 800, and the mouse continues to function normally.

Cons

Recently, a piece of the driver flew off, and I had to reset the sensitivity and all the rest of the controls from scratch. For the first and last time, please. The life of a person who owns a long-haired exotic Persian of yard blood is difficult, but nobody knows by what miracle cat hair is trapped under the bottom cover with weights. I worry that after two or three years of play the mouse would start to crawl with plastic on the carpet, thus adding Teflon inserts at the bottom would make it thicker. The mouse has a wholly uplifting effect in every other context. The bottom cover has a pattern that effectively catches fat; whether this is a bonus or a minus remains unclear to me, but it is preferable there rather than on the Teflon-coated legs. It doesn't throw off the balance.
