Review on 🦷 Cellena Kids Auto Toothbrush: U31 Sonic Electric, Soft Silicone Bristles, 2 Brush Heads - Blue Regular by Phanikumar Larsen

The toothbrush works well and my son with special needs finds it easier to use than a regular toothbrush. So far I'm happy with the toothbrush and one of the brush heads that came with it. However, when I received the package I noticed that the extra brush head had been used. yes, needed. (See photo) It has tooth marks and the plastic it was in was ripped right out of the box. With all the people freaking out about MICROSES, you might think this is sent to me unneeded. My son really enjoyed using the toothbrush so I won't be returning it as he has used it before but I will contact the seller and ask for a different head (unused if at all possible). As I said, the brush is working well so far, but it's actually unacceptable that we got a used brush head. There's still food in there.
