Review on 💧 Watco Manufacturing, 48400-CP NuFit Lift and Turn Trim Kit, with Chrome Plating by Quvarious Evans

This Watco NuFit drain cap is perfect for the application I needed it for. A few years ago I had a clogged shower drain and used Liquid Plum-r to unclog it. The clog cleared, but the Liquid Plum-r standing in my drain also loosened the metal bar to my drain a bit. A few months ago the rod finally broke and our bath/shower stopper stopped working. It looked terrible too. I looked around and there were a few simple solutions, the best of which was this Watco NuFit case. The product looks high quality and comes in a silicone pack the size of fast food ketchup. The silicone is simply placed on the underside of the drain and glued to the existing panel of the old drain. It fits perfectly and looks like an original part. Installation took two minutes. The stop function works via the rotating mechanism; A half turn locks the top and allows deflation, another 1/2 turn lowers the top to stop deflation. This kit also comes with an overflow plate over the drain. Some minor issues: the drain is a bit slower and the handle now sticks out a little higher than the original, but overall this is a great solution for any simple drain refresh and/or repair.
