Medium quality, especially for that kind of money.

My eyes were too wet, therefore it didn't help. Yet, a close friend of mine uses it, and she reports no ill effects. It's likely that everyone needs to give it a shot for themselves. Superb hue, minimal effort to apply.

With its pros. Doesn't smudge, paints well Cons below: Obviously, low price in this case means poor quality. Five minutes after application, the eyes are terribly watery.
