Review on Workgrid by David Moreno

The ability for my team members to access their files from anywhere in our office campus was great as well as being able to communicate via video chat when needed. I wish it were easier to customize some aspects such as colors/fonts etc., but overall very easy to use tool. We have been using this software since we started at Vistage last year so far no issues - just getting used to new way things are done now. Our managers can see what everyone has available during any given time period which helps keep track of who's working vs vacation or sick days. It also makes communication much simpler between teams. This helped us solve problems where people would be out of town unexpectedly without having an email address to contact them about something important (e.g. project update). Also made scheduling meetings easier than before because they could all participate remotely if necessary.
