Love love love this ball message. I just had a hip replacement and use this ball on my incision to break up scar tissue and allow the various turbinates to lift me post surgery. I have 3 of these balls and have given 2 away to friends who need them. When people see me using them, they want one for themselves. When I was in pain, I used a ball instead of Tailinal. this is really a wonderful product
