Dunk them before you use them!
I really like it. I would definitely go shorter because at 5ft 4in they are almost on my butt. Unfortunately I didn't dive them so they are a bit tangled. I definitely did. I don't know how I forgot. These are individuals so I only used 4.5 packs! It's great and since the parts are there I can swap them out if one of them gets too worn.
