I am very disappointed in these chairs. I ordered six of these chairs and 4 of the 6 chairs had a short leg. If you are sitting in a chair, this is the front left leg. At first I thought maybe I assembled the chair wrong. I disassembled all 4 chairs and followed the directions to the "T" but they still didn't fit. My husband also took them apart and tried them on and he gave the same results. I tried to contact the manufacturer twice and both times I had to leave a message. I also emailed their customer service department and no one emailed me back. I love the design of the chair and didn't want to return the chair, I just wanted them to send me new legs but no one came back with me. The chairs are very nice in design but they are not strong at all and can easily tip over. This purchase was a very costly mistake.
