Review on Hueplus CORDZERO-5500 Cordless Premium Shiatsu Back, Neck and Shoulder Massager with Heated 3D Tension Technology – Deep Kneading Massage Pillow by Megan Lewis

I bought this due to severe neck and shoulder pain and was hoping it would be more advanced than the Shiatsu massager I had at I bought the fair more than 20 years ago. Unfortunately, the rolling balls/stones are too heavy to bring the hoped-for relief and relaxation (even covered with a towel, the rolling stones are too intense). I wish they would do this with a softer "ball material" system for those of us with severe spinal issues. However, I have to say that I still have a smaller shiatsu chair that I bought 20 years ago and it still works great! The product itself is well made and I think it will last forever. If anyone knows of a softer ball system (perhaps tennis balls?), please let me know, I'm still looking!
