cooling pad arrived quickly and in good condition. I've been using it for about 2 weeks and so far it's worked well and kept my laptop from overheating. I like that there are holes under the fan for airflow since my laptop's vents are at the bottom. It also has multiple angle settings, unlike some others I've seen that only have one that only works on hard, flat ground. One thing I would change about this cooling pad is the mount. The mount itself is made of durable material, but with this mounting method, it doesn't offer any resistance to movement, so there can be a clanking noise when you adjust the angle of the laptop if you're not careful. When I carry my laptop with the cooling pad at an angle, the plastic flexes a bit due to the weight of my laptop. It might just be my imagination and I don't think it's worth worrying about as the cooling pad seems pretty solid, but it might be something to look at if you have a heavier laptop (or you just don't wear it around the house). . with the laptop at an angle lol).
