This is one of the best investments for my bath tub/shower. It was easy to install. My husband, who is not involved with plumbing, was very pleased with the ease of installation. It is very light and manoeuvrable. The kit comes with everything you need, including teflon tape. A first test before use showed no leaks anywhere. It is always good. Our area has hard water and so far I haven't seen any stains or hard water stains on the brushed nickel finish and the shower head has self-cleaning jets to prevent limescale build-up. Has different settings on the shower head and everything works fine. The shower head comes with an extended hose that makes cleaning the bathing area easier. I've never heard of this shower head brand but I'm glad I looked around and read all the positive reviews because I'm very happy with this product.
