Easy to learn if you read the beginner's manual carefully. I've flown outdoors a few times and got used to it quickly. Starting steps: insert battery, turn on remote, calibrate compass as instructed, press release button (should rotate), then I usually press the one push takeoff button. Almost all the features you need in a good drone at a great price. I was ok to compromise that I don't have an actual tote bag, it comes with a styrofoam sleeve in the box shown in my picture and fold out arms.
