Single pole purchased over a year ago. I will buy the double decker version. We have a creative team. I built a simple wooden shelf for the base of my single shelf. I use it for a speaker system, stage monitors, two cases with cables and mics, a mixer and a few other things. I hang suits from above. A loaded stand holds over 100 pounds, maybe 150. I then wheel the loaded stand out of my car to the parking lot to the event area and back again after the show. The stand is very solid and has never given me any problems. Set up and take down in about a minute. commercial wheels. My hanging rod is one piece, not two piece. I am quite satisfied with the processing quality and will, as already written, order a double version. I received a double wardrobe and am using it now. I'm disappointed. Build quality has gone downhill compared to the single rack reviewed above. The pipe thickness has been reduced. The diameter of the wheel mounting screw is smaller than that of a single hanger. The nuts are of poor quality. Each rod that clothes hang from is now two sections that fit together in the middle, instead of one solid tube. In combination with thinner tube walls, they are significantly weaker than the original and do not carry as much weight. The end extensions are flimsy compared to the original. In my opinion this rack couldn't support 250 pounds if it wasn't properly distributed. Keep in mind that I use this rack as a mobile means of transporting clothing and gear from my vehicle to the venue. I can drive on asphalt and uneven surfaces. A single rack is great for this. It looks like the twin isn't designed for such harsh conditions. I wouldn't trust it as it's a wheeled cart that carries a lot of weight. When I used the Double-Double in a stationary position just to hold clothes it worked very well, but I still doubt it can hold 250 pounds. Need a double hanger to store your clothes or roll them on the carpet, this can suit you. But if you're looking for something like a cart that hauls clothes over bumpy and uneven surfaces, like I do, this might not be what you're looking for.
