Review on πŸŒ€ Blue Plastic Manual Round Handle 2 Wheels Muscle Massage Roller for Pain Relief & Relaxation by Kathy Genova

Revainrating 4 out of 5

More impressed with the actual item than I thought. However, separate rollers can pinch skin between them, which isn't a big problem.

A little nervous about the rigidity of all the plastic. BUT as said, it helps the lower and upper arms and the sides of the torso. I had trouble with the 18 inch massage rollers on my arms. Due to the weight, my wrist and arms were very tired and didn't get where I wanted to go when the bar was held still and the hand rolled over it, so I was looking for something similar to massage sticks, but for one hand, and it's close . However, the space between the rollers can pinch and pinch your skin if you're not careful. Hence a star is lost. In fact, I ordered an undivided bar and a similar roll that shouldn't be pinched. It's still on the way so I can't compare yet. I might have bought another one if I hadn't seen a better quality product on sale and this one broke after many uses. Because all plastics have their advantages and disadvantages: use in the shower, metal does not rust, spreader bars adapt to the contours of the hand and are less durable overall without metal parts. I recommend not applying too much pressure when using this item. For a deeper massage, check out the chopsticks and then the Ashley Black-style stationary claw on the pole article.

Pros
  • Materials AS+PP+TPE, non-toxic plastic, safe to use. AS/PP/TPE can provide a higher quality product than silicone and is less abrasive.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
