Callers report great sound quality
Very easy and quick to connect to my Android phone right out of the box. People I call report great sound quality with little background noise. It wasn't clear what the two thick styrofoam balls were for. They were not covered in the user guide. But when I came here to write a review and saw the picture I realized that they need to be placed (one at a time of course) on the mic, I suppose to prevent them from "popping" into the mic " when pronouncing something with a sound "R". The headband fits my huge head, but barely. But damn, I'm having a hard time finding a baseball cap that fits me.
