Cat scratching post

General view of a cat scratching post. The top tear is a bit difficult for them, but if you fold fabric side down, everything is fine. If a regular cat tried to fit in the closet, they wouldn't be able to turn around to get out (I used this space for toy storage until I got a new kitten). The larger your cat, the more the beds and platforms will rock, which is to be expected, but the amount of rocking was a little disconcerting when working with my adult cat. Also, the inside of the posts will start to separate from the outside material as you tighten them, causing them to wobble more and more the more you try to fix the problem. A simple fix is to stop rotating the post once it is fully inserted. If you've already done this, some wood glue will hold the two materials back together. Honestly I wouldn't buy this again for the simple reason that once a kitten becomes a cat the thing is basically useless. Suitable for a shelter or foster homes where there are always a lot of kittens. Rschunimagu.
