I have a Lenovo X230 T from last year when they decided to ditch the barrel power connector in favor of a 'slim' connector in current models. I was originally trying to find a Lenovo 65W travel kit but unfortunately it was out of stock, almost nowhere. This PWR+ adapter was the best deal and seemed the best fit for my application, so I pulled the trigger. It arrived quickly and looks great out of the box. Everything fits and the output power is exactly the same as the Lenovo adapter so I don't expect any problems. The build quality of the car adapter is reliable - I was afraid that they would fit. Many car adapter plugs are so cheaply made that they fall apart the first time you plug them in. This is different with the PWR+ adapter. The only downside I see is that the PWR+ transformer block (brick) is wider and taller than the thin Lenovo transformer compared to the Lenovo travel kit, and the cables are hardwired to the PWR+ block, meaning that it cannot be packed so small. However, it doesn't really matter and I plan to keep everything in my travel bag anyway.
