My 7 year old daughter loves these snowshoes! The color is exactly the same as the picture, they keep feet warm and dry in the snow and have great traction. My only issue with them is that the liner is NOT removable. So when they get wet, it takes a while for them to dry. But since she wears winter trousers and these protrude over the top, we had no problem with that. People complaining that they are not waterproof. Those are snow boots, not rubber boots! They're only waterproof until the black is gone (which is still pretty high), then they become waterproof. Splashing in puddles will eventually get your feet wet.
