Review on ๐ŸŽ’ Seamand Hydration Backpack for Hiking and Climbing with 3L Water Bladder by Jose Guzman

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect size for a day trip.

This pack was field tested (3.5 hour hike). It has plenty of room for the extra stuff you need if the trek goes wrong. I love how the trekking poles fit perfectly to the sides of the smaller bag and are fully secured with elastic and nylon straps. Advantages: - Compact size. - Convenience. The shoulder straps, while not padded, are wide enough not to cause me any discomfort during the 3.5 hour hike. - Overall very good quality. Mine has a loose stitch at the waist buckle but seems to be holding up well. Cons: The bladder has a serious design flaw. The hose is screwed onto the cylinder without locking. I think it will be ok if you attach it with pliers. Otherwise, the connector may come off during a long hike. The material seems to be of poor quality. I may be biased as I have been using Camelbak cameras for ages and they have never let me down. I also don't know if it contains BPA or not. The two bladder hanging clips are very difficult to open, you have to press very hard to open them a bit. Luckily for Camelbak, this isn't a bladder issue. You can simply place the clamps on the Camelbak Bladder Hanger without opening the clamps. I mainly use branded backpacks like North Face, Black Diamond and Osprey. These brands have the best materials for slimming and styling, for the price of course. This is a great price at $30 despite the poor quality of the bladder. I believe this is the same backpack as the G4Free which has pretty good reviews. Please note that I have not tested the camera as I own several Camelbak cameras. Also, water is your lifeline, so when you're there be sure to use Camelbak Bladder. This backpack fits Camelbak Omega 3L, Unbottled 70 and Cortez 3L. Bottom line, an excellent value for money backpack. You can't go wrong by pairing it with Camelbak Bladder.
