It can be used to quickly set up an online schedule for your employees, including all of their hours worked per day/week by department or job title - so no need for paper time sheets! I dislike how sometimes it will not recognize my inputted information if something is already saved in there (i think this happens mostly when someone has previously edited).
There are some bugs here but they're usually fixed rather quicky once notified about them via support ticketing system. We use snap Schedules at our office since we started as well have been very happy with its featureset thus far; being able to manage multiple departments easily while having access from anywhere makes things much easier than using other services out there which require you log into another website everytime before setting shifts etcetera.
